Personal Narrative: The Day I Had A Dog

It was just going to be one of those normal mornings where you get up, get dressed, and eat your waffles. Then it hit me, I remembered my family and I were getting a dog today. I was excited to go. Then before I knew it we hit the road. Or at least the fifteen minute drive from our house to the pet store.
Once we arrived we ran right in. We were so excited. The last time we had had a dog was at least seven years ago. So today I was excited. The moment I walked in, my eyes widened. There were so many to chose from. All of them were so different in just about everything. I remember lots of Jack Russels, Min Pins, and Beagles. Then of course there were mutts. Lots of them.
