My parents make an average amount of money, but over the past year, the cost of college became a reality to me and my family. Each semester the total cost for my schooling is $8,284.00, since I am currently receiving help from the U.S. Military, they pay for roughly $3,599.00 of my schooling cost, and I thank them so much for their help, but my parents are left with a total of $4,487.00 to pay on their own and it has become a strain on them.
