Personal Narrative: The Captain Combat Suit

I could tell you about all the things that lead up this point, but I know what your type wants to read about. You want to read of what come after that, you want to read about where the police boarded the ship, and head off to the unknown guns blazing. But that not exactly how it happened, we got in the ship and took roll call. Their was a total of thirty of us on that ship, Fifteen human and Fifteen Robotic bodyguards. I know what you probably thinking, when I say that we had bodyguards. You are probably thought of 6'5 muscular men who can fight, like they do boxing on the weekend. But that was not how it was, we had robot's that were created to look like they were just, normal human soldiers. Because that way, they could blend in a combat …show more content…
But for some strange reason, the captain assigned me a prototype combat suit. I was never quite sure why, because I was recommended by Jennifer Hasimoto, that I should be kicked off the force. Due to me not being, what the police force were looking for. Then, the captain, the very next day gave me a Captain Combat Suit. He told me to “Wear the suit in training and use it in combat zones” I wondered why the Captain always help me out all the time, I asked Octavia why the captain was helping me, when Octavia and I were at the local diner. But she would never tell me, I was not surprised, me and her were barely on speaking terms with each other. I came up with a desprite attempt to make things right and said to her “ If I buy you a cheeseburger, will you forgive me Octavia ?“ She turned to me and said after a sigh “ I will forgive you Jack... Since she was so good at the job she did, she was offered a pennant position on the police unit she was assigned as the computer technician making 4x minimum wage. It bothered me that in three days, she got a better job than I got in three months. But then again she was a super smart robot girl, so she cheated I like to say. I never told her, I thought she cheated, because then she would say that it was her break time. She would have wanted to head to the diner, and grab a snack.
