The Camping Trip
Beep! beep! beep!, whack! Ten minutes later, beep! beep! beep!, whack! Knock! Knock! knock!
“It's time to get up Mark!” Mark's mom yells.
“We’re going camping today remember? Springing out of bed Mark threw on his clothes grabbed his backpack and sprinted right past his mom. “Come on Mom we have to go!”
Mark had totally forgotten about the camping trip. Mark loved going camping with his family, he loved going out in wide open spaces and hunting. This year, his dad had promised him that he would teach Mark and his twin sister, Emily how to fish, which he said was less noisy and more peaceful than hunting. He said that we had to learn to fish because we didn't want to wake up Lucy with all noise. Lucy was Mark's newborn sister,

The next day Emily had to learn how to fish, so Mark and Emily went down to the river and he taught Emily how to fish and after many tries she finally got the hang of it.
“ Ok, I got this. Go back to camp and drink lots of water and get some rest, we can't risk you getting hurt again.” said Emily “Fine, but be careful” said Mark After Mark left Emily decided to go find a new river to fish at. As she walked through the woods she saw something sticking out of a bush. She went over and picked it up to find that it was an old pouch with a radio in it and some tools. She picked up the radio and tried to turn it on but it was broken. She took it back to camp and gave it to Mark.
“Whats this?” Mark asked
“Its an old radio I found in a bush.” said Emily
“Does it work?” Mark asked
“I don't think so, but maybe you could fix it with these tools that were with it.” said Emily
“I can try.” said Mark
That night Mark worked tirelessly on the radio trying to fix it but still no luck. He decided to go to bed and try again in the morning.
The next day Mark woke up and worked on the radio and Emily helped him too. “Here, move this piece and then try it.” said Emily “Ok.” Mark said Mark grabbed the piece and put it where Emily said to then tried to turn it on and it
