Personal Narrative: The Boomerang Beach

I am lucky enough to have family in Australia who takes me with them when they go on trips. I've been to the beaches in Forster Tuncurry and the ones at Port Stephens Boat Harbour. I must say that it is so beautiful here. And the people are so adventurous, at all the beaches I’ve been to. I think that someone was always surfing or body boarding. I’m not really one for outdoorsy things but I loved sandboarding at Port Stephens. That was so much fun. I wish I could’ve done it all day long. We also went to watch wild dolphins in the Tasman Sea. Our family made it to the beach and the feeling that the sand gave my little toes was outstanding. I could have stayed there forever without ever going to the ocean. After I had my few moments of pure joy in the sand, I saw my brother playing in the ocean without me. I took off my shirt and sandals and ran over and joined in the fun. We splashed each other with the salty water and played for a few more minutes before it was time to leave.…

Our five senses opens us up to so many different things that impact our lives, and my trip to Anna Maria Island is the moment that has impacted how I see the world the most. The beach was, of course, the greatest sight on the island. The water was clearer than any body of water I had ever seen. The waves were calm, and they didn’t always topple over each other and crash like in Daytona Beach. As I looked out into the ocean from where I was sitting on the beach, I could see little kids with their parents playing in the sand and in the water, either building sand castles or floating on tubes because the water was so calm.…

Time check it's almost 4 in the afternoon but we're still having fun relaxing on the pool as well.…

I love swimming my heart out at their gigantic water park and lovely beach. Whenever I relax at the beach I always find new unique shells to add to my collection.
