I wish the American Ideal was true in a perfect fairy tale world it would be but in reality it is very far from being true many people want to pretend everyone has the same opportunity because of the great opportunities they have had in their life. I guess to not have to face the reality people would rather pretend it does not exist rather than to be a voice of change. Even still today people of different ethnicities are still being discriminated against even if they are over qualified because of many racial stereotypes. Additionally everyone does not have the same level playing field educational opportunities nor vital networking connections.
