Personal Narrative: Technical Reasoning And Precision Learning Patterns

Michael is the father of my children. We met at a cabinet company in 2002. Michael was the supervisor of department 57,(rough mill) where I worked. As my supervisor and significant other we interacted at many different levels of learning together. Michael was my instructor who taught me how to operate my machine the company hired me to run. All of the instructions provided by Michael were very detail and gave me a lot important information on how to operate a paw saw machine. Because of all the detail on how to operate my machine appropriately, I was quickly given a raise at the company. Some time machines break. As the machine operator I had to call a supervisor so they could radio a mechanic to our department. Sometimes they were already way to busy at another department. As my supervisor came to my rescue, he quickly took one piece of material and hit it with another piece of material and got the jam out of my machine. After watching him fix my machine so many times I than knew how fix it by myself. So together me and Michael used are Technical Reasoning and Precision learning patterns at our job to help us get our job done safely, quickly, and efficiently.Although he is a Dynamic Learner and I am a Strong-Willed Learner we bother used are Use First learning Patterns. …show more content…
In some ways we are total opposites. I have always been very organized. When things around me are out of their original place or proper place of storage it makes me crazy. Always having my life on tract with my time management and schedule makes everything in my life fall in order. Michael is not like me at all. He can work around a mess. He can never find what he needs cause he never puts things back where they belong. He is always late for everything. He probably be late for his funeral.
