Personal Narrative: Sodapop Curtiss

Decent Essays
I think the character I am most like is Sodapop Curtis for many reasons. One thing Sodapop and I have in common is that we’re both happy go lucky, I mean like I’m always happy, even through the darkest times I pop a smirk just to make everything better. That proves that Sodapop and I are happy go lucky.

I remembered walking on San Bruno Mountain as a six year old and seeing small, fuzzy blue butterflies fluttering in the spring afternoon. I thought about how lovely they were, and each year I looked forward to seeing them. However, as each year passed, I saw less and less butterflies. Sit back, buckle up, and get ready to scream because I love roller coasters. My family and I go to Cedar Point about every month in the summer, and my dad and I go and ride everything in the park. It is just so fun! The one thing I really like about roller coasters is that there are little rides for the youth kids also. My least favorite thing is when I am not tall enough to enjoy a ride, which doesn’t really occur anymore.…

I remember my first love like it was yesterday, which is not a surprise considering the fact that she was such a big part of my life. Just about every Sunday, I went to my grandmother's house for family dinners, and there I was consistently given the opportunity to see my best friend, Smokey Bean. Bean was a large (but skinny), beautiful female labrador with black fur. If I was lucky, I would be able to get to see her more than once a week, for instance, during school vacations when I could sleepover at my grandma’s house. Overall, seeing Bean became a part of the routine.…

I really am not a fan of people comparing me to others, but when I think of fictional characters that remind me of me, a few come to mind. When I think of my personality, I think of humor and a loving person who is hardworking. I really don't like being compared to people because I feel I am one-of-a-kind and don't believe anyone is like me. Despite when speaking of fictional characters who are most like me, I believe three come to mind these three characters represent me as a person in different ways. The three fictional characters that most represent my personality are Stitch from Lilo and Stitch for his hard working and outgoing personality, Roger for his wisdom and understanding, and Stewie for his intelligence and humor but also caring for his family.…
