On December 29,2016 My friend Jack and I went snowboarding at Mt.Alyeska.During that Thursday morning we woke at at 5:45am and drove and picked up Jack.It was approximately 1hour and 45 minute ride there so about 82.6 miles. We got snacks for the ride like Airheads, doritos, and sodas. We got the junk food to get us hyper for the mountain because we knew that we were going to be on the mountain for 6-7 hours.
When we arrived there we felt great we unpacked and everything got on our favorite lift that took us to our favorite two trails Max’s mountain which was 3,302 and North Face both double black diamonds. As we were going down North face Jack went down and lost his beacon so he got kicked off when they found him up there.

After he had to spend another $100 p.s his mom was not thrilled. But then he payed her but a week later.Back to the story Jack learned his lesson doing that without putting his beacon in his pocket. His mom did to she didn’t trust him she bought his lunch for him that day.We had chicken fingers and cheeseburgers then talked so we wouldn’t get sick from not digesting. We talked about the back trails of the mountains in the woods that people wouldn’t really know about. So we wouldn’t have to wait for everyone to move as like the North Face and Max’s trail.

The dancing of the snow, the running of the wind, the Earth was so quiet, so very, very quiet, ever since the outbreak. The outbreak caused the death of nearly every individual on the face of the world. I was the last living man who was living in the last place, anyone would want to be- Mt. Everest. A human tendency is to run away from problems, no matter how big or small; in my case, I ran away as soon as possible on a helicopter to a place where I know for a fact that I will be safe; this idea was the only reason why I survived the outbreak. I was isolated from the rest of the world, and it was just me, myself, and I.…

When I made the decision to do a section hike with my friend Brian, I had a vague idea that it would be difficult and rewarding, but I had no idea just how much of an understatement that was. The first day began with a shuttle ride to our start point, thirty-five miles from Hot Springs, North Carolina, where we'd left our car.…
