Personal Narrative-Sergioh's Sandwich

Sergioh promptly greeted my family and started our sandwich. The bain did not appear clean and stocked although Sergioh appeared to be working on the bain with no customers before we approached the store. He was happy to cut the sandwich in half and prepare the halves seperatly for my picky boys. There were two other female workers in the back and a line was forming behind us, they did not come out. The waiting customers were not greeted. Sergioh had to ask Ashley to come help him by ringing up my family. Ashley was not smiling but she asked me if I would like to add anything on to my order. Ashley walked toward the back room and asked sergioh if he needed help. Sergioh replied yes and Ashley joined him on the bain. There were 5 customers in
