Personal Narrative: Samantha's Journey

Waking up in a strange place, Samantha was bleeding with no memory of the incident… or anything before that. She did not even know her own name! Once a police officer finds her and escorts her to a hospital, she finds her family waiting for her, though she does not recognize them. She is drawn towards finding out what happened. Then she learns about Cassie, her best friend. She had gone missing along with Samantha, but she had not been found yet. After a while, unfortunately, she was found dead. Although Samantha has no memories with her due to the amnesia, she feels horrible and slightly guilty. If only she could remember what happened that night! With a chance that her memory loss could be permanent, Samantha is even more determined to learn about her past. Learning that he used to be her childhood best friend but a distance was created between them once they grew up, Samantha accepts him as her mentor. He supports her and helps through the journey. …show more content…
For example, her supposed boyfriend turned out to be a lying cheater. Along with this, she starts getting foggy, black-and-white visions, and she thinks it might have something to do with the night she and Cassie disappeared. Her parents were starting to believe she was crazy for wanting to figure out what happened that night so badly and starting to make it her first priority to figure out what her small visions meant. While she dealt with these issues along with learning more about her unfaithful friends, she was temporarily unable to focus on what happened to her best
