On 12/01/2017, at approximately 5:59pm, I Deputy Warden N. Christian with Franklin County Animal Care and Control (FCACC) was dispatched to 4326 Maplegrove Drive on a owner surrender(injury-possible dangerous or vicious dog). I was directed to go to Mt. Carmel Grove City Hospital (5300 N. Meadows Drive) to meet with dog owner Bonita Sauls. I arrived on scene at approximately 6:22pm. I met with Ms. Sauls and her daughter-in-law. Ms. Sauls son (Steve Sauls) contacted FCACC in regards to Ms. Sauls Schnauzer (white/tan) name Rusty bitting her for the second time this week.
