On 12/01/2017, at approximately 5:59pm, I Deputy Warden N. Christian with Franklin County Animal Care and Control (FCACC) was dispatched to 4326 Maplegrove Drive on a owner surrender(injury-possible dangerous or vicious dog). I was directed to go to Mt. Carmel Grove City Hospital (5300 N. Meadows Drive) to meet with dog owner Bonita Sauls. I arrived on scene at approximately 6:22pm. I met with Ms. Sauls and her daughter-in-law. Ms. Sauls son (Steve Sauls) contacted FCACC in regards to Ms. Sauls Schnauzer (white/tan) name Rusty bitting her for the second time this week. I asked Ms. Sauls what happened, she stated that Rusty was outside in the backyard, when it was time for Rusty to come in she noticed feces on his back side. As Ms. Sauls

Christian received a call from Debra Babcock in regards to an incident where she surrendered her dog to Franklin County Animal Shelter (FCACC) that had bitten someone. I asked Ms. Babcock what happened, she stated that Rennee Grishka a health care worker taking care of her mother was bitten by one of her dogs. Ms. Babcock stated that she had three dogs in her bedroom; her husband opened the door to ask Ms. Babcock a question. As the door was opened the dogs charged out, one dog name Buckeye (Boxer Mix) came after Ms. Grishka. I arrived at the location and spoke to victim dog owner Pete Arggriou and his wife.
