On Thursday, 10/09/15, at approximately 2219hrs, Communication Officer Reiland, dispatched Officer Meek and I to 501 W. Clayton Street in reference to a Burglary.
Officer Meek and I cleared the house noticing the back door located on the west side of the house had been kicked in, and the front door was wide open. Nothing was found while securing the residence.
Officer Meek and I made contact with the reporting party, Debra Fistoe’s Daughter Jessica Steiner, at her residence 425 W. Clayton St.. Steiner advised she knew the two individuals that broken into the house, and had seen them enter the house. Steiner advised James white, a white male, also known as Whitey was well known on the block and lives at 215 Beverly Apt. C. Steiner described the other individual as a white male with a pony tail that goes by the name of Bobby but couldn’t remember the last name.
I spoke with owner of the residence Debra Fistoe, and her son Joshua Savage at 425 W. Clayton St. claiming they seen the men was well.

Debra advised she went in to the house and turned the lights off and looked out her door. Debra advised the two men went around her house and walked down Beverly St.. Debra advised about 10 minutes later she looked out her window and saw James White and the thin white man walking by her house on Clayton St. to Gentry Mommedaty’s house, 501 W. Clayton St. which used to be the old Baptist Church. Debra advised her daughter, Steiner, to call the cops. Debra advised she put on her shoes and brought Gentry’s son Josh Mommedaty to her house and didn’t see the men leave 501 W. Clayton while doing
