I felt very nervousness not because I was given a scenario to do on my own in front of a group of people ,but because I felt that the older people were judging me because I looked younger than them .They have life experience and here is an eighteen year girl showing them . I felt all eyes staring at me waiting for one of the to shout out something irrelevant ,but little did I know I knew how to apply what I learn . It felt like a competition .Because every single person in the room wants to be selected to work during election ,were only few get selected . No only did I have to learn how to apply the teaching ,but I had to apply them better than most people in the room .Within the hours of training I had to represent myself as responsible hard working person ,and not just the girl in the room .
Once every person was dismissed and we all, turn in the paper work ,one of the trainer ask me to go to extra trying to be a supervisor and take the bilingual test to be a translator that day . Here I was was an eighteen year girl being told to be supervisor and be a translator.They could have told one of the older adult yet she told me .Not only did she give me the comment but I finally realize that being bilingual means a lot more to me than to be supervisor . I learn how to use my native language and win the game
