Pursuing a higher education? No, thank you. At the beginning of my freshmen year of high school, I decided I had no interest in attending college. There was a lack of enthusiasm for life after graduation I couldn’t shake. I informed my parents that college was simply not going to be for me. Doubting my claim, they advised me to be patient and argued that, eventually, I would most likely come around the idea.
