I hit it! When I hit the ball, I felt my bat shake and I felt a solid hit. I dug my cleats into the ground, I threw my bat on the ground, and looked for first base. When I saw it go over the right fielder's head, I smiled and ran with all my might. My coach at first base was waving me on and I bit my lip and I hit it very far into the gap of right field and sprinted to first base!
