At first yesterday was a little confusing for my group and I. We had thought that we would be prepairing Shephard's pie, but we ended up making the pork and beer stew. Once we had everything cleared up, production went smoothly, and we ran into little or no complications. When service came round things got a little hectic like usual, but we all managed to get everything out on time. Cleaning went well as usual, and we got out around the time we were supposed to. I think we all did a pretty good job yesterday.
