They seemed to be stationed in Canada, to make it harder for the gods to detect them, but with my current level of power, I could find them on the other side of the world. I grinned because they were all in one place, which would make it much easier to slaughter all of them. I burst out of the ground to see Kronos, Hyperion, and Krios staring at me. Kronos was in Luke's body, but his eyes were glowing yellow. He must have flashed away after Thalia pushed him off the cliff. We were in a small hall that is probably supposed to be a war room, with several other rooms leading off to the sides. My hurricane became stronger, flinging pieces

She quickly analyzed the situation before pulling out her bow and shooting Kronos in the ass. He yelled and spun around, causing him to lose concentration, but my anger had died down and I was much weaker. I began controlling the water leftover from my hurricane, making it move up my body and become flexible but still incredibly hard. I then made a whip out of water appear in my left hand while I held the enhanced Riptide in the other. Hyperion starting shooting blasts of fire at me so I sent bursts of water at them, making steam and extinguishing his attacks. I charged at Hyperion with my enhanced Riptide and he pulled a sword of fire out of the air. I swung a clumsy blow at his head and he easily blocked it, but that was just a distraction for me to wrap my whip around his leg before making it razor sharp. He roared in pain and shot an intense burst of fire at my chest. The water armor managed to block it, but the heat was still searing and my skin began to blister. I leaped back as he tried to punch me. He quickly pulled his hand back and got ready to attack

Clearing the entrance was fairly easy, we soon got it cleared and entered the church, I found brother martin inside, and while he was very sceptical of my claims, he agreed to come to Weynon priory and speak to Jauffre. Savlian asked for help to take the next stage of the town, but I said I must get martin to Weynon priory first, then I would come and help further, he agreed to give the men a rest and wait. The civilians in the church were very grateful for my assistance as they started to evacuate the city, when I explained to Savlian why I needed to get martin there he agreed and provided a carriage. On arrival the first thing I saw was more assassins like those who had attacked us in the sewers, the mythic dawn, a bad sign to be sure. We managed to kill the leader and save Jauffre, he’s quite good in a fight, and it appears they have come to the priory for the amulet of kings.…

    • I could just as easily have said, "a subject I had some knowledge in", or, "a subject I had some knowledge of". I suppose the main thing I've noticed is, thinking whether you are talking in the present or the past tense, for example as you have said, "on the final of the sentences", we would tend to say, "on the end of sentences", or, "on the end of the sentence". So we don't just make plural by putting an 's' on the end of the word, we also add a 'the' in front of the singular. You are making me think with this, you will note that as you are learning English, you are looking into it technically and more precisely than you did when you were learning Spanish as a child, then you learned as you were going along, just listening to other people, now you're looking at books that explain what to say, so I'm trying to remember what I did 43 years ago and more.…

“Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief” takes place in modern day New York, in a world where Greek Gods rule the world from Mt Olympus. The star of the story Percy Jackson is just like your average teenager other than the fact that he is dyslectic and has a case of ADHD. Little does he know that he is actually the son of Poseidon, and also a demigod. In a matter of hours, his world will be turned upside down as he has to accept the responsibility to stop Zeus and Poseidon from going to war with each other, turning earth into a battle ground and wiping out all life on earth. As the story starts out, Poseidon the God of the sea is confronted by Zeus the God of the Sky.…
