The final bell goes off ending the learning and begins the strenuous practice. I enter the locker room ready to war. I put on my armor that consists of padded pants, cleats, should pads and finally my battle scarred helmet ready for a few more. I march out the the field with only my job in mind. As I step on the field I am all seriousness as the battle begins. 'Who wants to play center?' I stand up and confess that I will do it. We line up against other warriors. DOWN, SET, HUT.
My story reminds me of the mightiest Titans, Cronus. Cronus is a son of Uranus and Gaia. Cronus envied the power of his father, the ruler of the universe. Gaia hated Uranus for hiding her youngest children from her. She had created a great stone sickle that had the ability to kill Uranus. Gaia had assembled her sons to persuade them to castrate Uranus. Only Cronus was willing to the deed. Cronus was set up to ambush Uranus as he came to meet with Gaia. …show more content…
I launched him off the ball creating a giant hole for the running back. I was able to do this play after play never giving up. I loved my extreme dominance over them. The battle was over that's when I got my break with some hydration. Then came the big leagues. I was picked as the scout offence center against the varsity defense. I lined up this time against 250 pound, six foot, six-hundred-pound-squatter Justice Graf. Sweat dripping down my face, my whole body was actually dripping. His helmet was inches from mine. He had taken a powerful four point stance. DOWN. Time slowed down as I breath focusing on my job. SET. My entire body tenses up ready to hit Justice with everything.
