All I had in mind was the sunset at the time. The sun lit up the sky, making it a golden pink. Life had definitely been a real challenge for me. I just wanted to live a decent life. At the start, it wasn't. I took a long time to progress to finally have something I haven't given up till this day. Though this is only where it started. The sunset made me feel comfort and warmth. I gazed into the beautiful sky. I never wanted to leave. I stared at the sky for about an hour. Eventually, the sky started to become a dark blue, as I began searching for about the 16th time in Tulsa, Oklahoma for shelter. Soda got me some spare clothes, Darry started cooking dinner, and Ponyboy got some blankets and pillows and insisted that I laid down on the couch. I was absolutely surprised. These boys were taking care of me and we had only met 5 minutes ago.I had never experienced anything like this before. I’ve never had someone care about me so much before. I mean yes, I had friends before, but they treated me poorly and we all parted ways while I was left alone.
