“Time to get up!” my mom shouted. I sat up and yelled back,”why so early?” She was saying “we need to leave in 45 minutes.” I totally forgot that we were going to the badger game. Therefor I leaped out of my bed and ran to my closet, open it really quick and grabbed some clothes and my badger sweatshirt. I threw it over my head and ran upstairs. When I made it upstairs my mom was putting stuff in the car. My sister was complaining that she couldn’t find her Halloween bucket. My sister Lilly that is 9 years old wasn’t coming to the game with us, she was going to her friend Lexy house to take off Tricker Treating. While my mom(Stacy) that is 43 years old, my brother(Gabe) that is 14 years old, and my step dad(Kevin) that is 43 years old were all going to the …show more content…

The people were going into a gate thing and some other people are scanning your ticket. When I looked at my mom, she was taking the tickets out of her and giving them to the man. The man advised “thank you.” We just walked forward and tried to find the sign that said our tickets letter. We couldn’t find it so we just walk up the really big ramp. The ramps were like 20 feet wide, they were gigantic. After a couple of minutes we were on a rap that said our letter.
Therefor we found our seats, which they were amazing seats. They had cushions on them and we were pretty close to the ground. They also had a ramp over us the rain could get to us. Half way through the game I and my mom were getting cold, so we went to buy hats. They were expensive, but they were the warmest hat I ever had. Standing there on the street, I stood staring up to a hundred giant football players walking by me. As I held the rope that the football players walked through, I stretched out my hand to try and high five as many of them as I could. One… two…three…twenty-seven…twenty-eight…twenty-nine! Each one of them pranced by while the drum line marched them on to the beat of the fight song. Standing there looking up at the enormous football players, I avidly wondered what it would be like to walk through this crowd to go play at Highlander Stadium.…

This tradition also includes a drink and the classic ballpark hotdog. My favorite part of this group is being able to watch the father pass down his love of the sport down to his son, as he’s teaching his son the rules and plays during the game.…
