On 03/22/17, at 6:10pm, I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to 758 Melrose Ave on a dog on dog or cat attack, known owner of attack dog that occurred on 03/21/17. I arrived at the location and spoke to Elizabeth Hughes. Ms. Hughes stated that she come home yesterday around 5:30pm. She let her dog out in her fence in backyard. Ms. Hughes was inside the house putting items away from grocery shopping. She heard a noise from the backyard. She came outside and saw a brown and white pit bull chasing her dog (Winnie) around the backyard. The pit bull eventually got ahold of Winne; Ms. Hughes broke up the altercation. After she broke up the altercation the pit bull ran inside her house. Ms. Hughes neighbor came over and took control
