On Wednesday, October 26/2016, at about 1755, I Officer C. Montenegro (#1609) while on duty in the east control tower at Shawshank Prison, I saw an unidentified inmate enter the laundry room. That inmate was later identified as Dufresne (37927/E112). I saw two other unidentified inmates come from behind the laundry barrel; one inmate was later identified as Boggs (31804/B234). The second inmate, was later identified as Conroy (31428/B234). I saw that Dufresne took a step back with a startled look on his face so I used my radio to call in a possible Code Yellow (inmates fighting).…
On 07/14/17, at 3:30pm I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to 320 Whitehorne Ave on an injury-possible dangerous or vicious dog. I and The Columbus Division Police (CPD) Officer Shannon #2344 arrived at the above location. I met victim Brandon Stoops, Mr. Stoops stated he was walking west in an alley just south of the above location, when he saw a microwave positioned close to 320 Whitehorne Ave side fence. Mr. Stoops went to go pick up the microwave when a small dark colored dog came out from underneath the fence and chased him.…
Colonel Stolfer wasn’t concerned he hadn’t heard from his scouts in the last few hours, they routinely disappeared, probably hunting for war trophies, it was a practice he disliked, but he didn’t stop his Soldiers from doing it. The forward elements of the Brigade had reached Leakin Park and were being dispersed to their various locations for the night. Once everyone was set, they would refuel their vehicles and perform PMCS. Platoon Sergeant and Leaders would make a weapons check, ensure everyone’s eating and get them ready to move out in the morning.…
Ismael Dembele Week 6 English Language Homework It was a slightly hazy, albeit sunny morning in the south of Los Angeles on that day. Meanwhile, the big story was all over the news; “Global manhunt for wanted criminal continues in Compton, Los Angeles”. Three policemen were shot dead, two airlifted to Mount Zonah (the biggest and safest hospital nearby), and one taken hostage – all by one fierce human being.…
The Thrill in the Kill…….And What it Does After Elham I. 8-1 I’m a deadbeat. There is no way to sugarcoat it (and frankly, I don’t want to). Being as profound and logical as I am, I decided to do something aside from my part-job at a convenience store: rob a bank. I probably would have gotten myself killed, but hey, no more having to reject minors for alcohol, right?…
The thief began making turns, hoping to lose some of the dead behind them, but keeping his speed down. They headed back toward Presque Isle, wanting to get across the railroad in order to have more room to maneuver. The truck slowed at Peninsular drive to check both ways, almost colliding with a pair hummers.…
Alright Hunter, do you understand what I am telling you? “Yes” I say confidently. “So you are not going to stall this time?” My dad asks, white knuckling the handle in the car for dear life. “Absolutely.”…
My friends and I were at my friend Alex’s house we were all ready to play some airsoft we all already arrived in our gear. My gear consisted of british armor infantry desert BDUs (Battle dressed uniform) a face mask, a boone hat, a military grade vest and, a desert camo backpack which held water, snacks, and pellets. I had also brought my tormentor, an automatic rifle with a semi automatic mode and a pump action fire for close quarters, but we made a rule at close quarters you can only have pistols. We started picking teams. “Logan, Andrew F, and Jake on one side since Logan has a spring loaded single fire assault rifle and Andrew F has a single action sniper, Jake since you have the only automatic weapon (Ak-74U model) you will be team leader”.…
Powerless creative writing “Put your hands up”the officer calls. I follow his command. Now put your gun down. I follow his command. As the officers surround me, I panic, and take out my other gun, and shoot an officer, right in the head.…
A hot summer day in Wylie, Kentucky, two twins, Quinn and Jake, decided to go to the park. Quinn and Jake met a strange, but nice man. Little did they know he was on the hunt. On the hunt for children. The man walked up to the twins and introduced himself.…
The sky above was pitch black-a growing crescent illuminated in the night. Sparkling, shiny spots illuminated in the sky. Maneuvering around the cones that the police set up, yellow vehicles honked, casting blinding streams of light that shone around the street. The numerous screens, signs, and stores lit up the area, holding hands with the city, forming a shield of comfort, warmth, and safety. Pedestrians clung together in big groups, hyped and excited for the fun just ahead, like delighted children on Christmas day receiving their presents.…
Every morning I am up early, before anyone else in my household. Even before my husband, William, I let him sleep, he will wake up when he needs to. If I notice anyone heading outside to work and he's not up at that time, I will start worrying. For now, though I have to get the children's lunches, including his, ready, or they won't have lunch for the day. This is typical, wake up, pack lunch for my husband, and my two little girls, Evelyn and Marie.…
I woke up every morning in Iraq the same way. I would get up and I would get all my gear on. Today was different though, I woke up, and leaned over the side of my bed with a bad feeling in my stomach, I got up soon after. I laced up my boots, loaded my gun’s magazines, and then put my vest on. Then walked outside and the sun blinded me for a little bit.…

I was born on September 16, 1980 in Baghdad, which is the capital of Iraq. I have two brothers who I spend my childhood with, playing outside and trying everything, even crazier things. I went to a preschool when I was four years old because my mom and dad were working at that time. Then, I went to the first grade when I was six years old. Then, when I grew up I stopped playing outside because that's how the life in my culture.…
