Hi, My name is Norma Jeane Mortenson. I have decided to start writing diary entries to kind of help let go and get over my past. So as you go along to read more you will learn so much about me and all the behind the scenes action to my life.
Diary Entry #2
I was born on june 1, 1962 in Los Angeles, California. Let’s get right into it and start with the things you’d never expect from me. I never actually knew my father, but there was a time when I thought Clark Gable might have been my father. My mom actually gave me a picture of Clarke and told me, an impressionable kid at the time, that the actor himself was my father! Although I was a good actress I suffered from pre-performance anxiety which made me feel extremely ill anytime it was time to film or perform. It was the main cause to my iconic tardiness on filming. My attendance was so up and down that it extremely frustrated my co-stars and crew. It did eventually come back and bite me in the butt as over the years I would be signed and released contracts.

After I finished my study I returned to the screen with something different. I played a role as a saloon singer who was kidnapped. This ended up being a dramatic comedy that only brought me praise mostly. A year after that I starred in “The Prince and the Showgirl”. I didn't have the best attitude during the making of the film and often found myself having a very bad attendance when it came to filming. That backfired and created a very tense relationship with my coworkers and crew. I don't know if my absence had something to do with it but the film was a bigger hit in Britain than the U.S and had many mixed
