My parents were packing for their yearly Mexico trip but I was happy I wasn't going because of what happened in 2012 which was a nightmare for me.
It was a blazing hot day in Mexico with temperatures of 100 degrees. The pool wasn’t even cold enough to keep us cool. I thought the ocean would be cool, so we walked to the beach which was only a few minutes away. The beach was crowded with what seemed like a million people and it was so hard to find a spot. We found a spot right next to the water, which for some reason was a dark murky brown. It was lined with trash and there were these little pools of weird liquids. Because of how much salt there is my foot would hurt so much but it does not.
I’m getting my foot washed off by resort workers and getting driven in a golf cart to the nearest hospital. “The doctor will see you now” calls the nurse as I come in he looks and my foot and in 30 seconds flat was able to tell me I was stung by a stingray and going to have to get a
