Work is the topic I selected for my Illustration Essay My work involves me overseeing a territory of stores all over Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Connecticut. They also have stores in Maine and Albany, but I haven’t been asked to cover them as of today. In addition, my work involves me training the owners, managers, and staff are ready to sell, keep up the store, and support our customers. In addition, my work involves me distributing of information to the owners, managers, and staff. I work for T-Mobile US/MetroPCS division for eight plus years, and I am a Senior Account Service Representative for them. I oversee a territory of stores all over Rhode Island, Worcester County, and southern Massachusetts. As of today they are twenty-four that I cover in that territory that I listed. Though, they tend to fluctuates between 20 to 30 stores we get rotated around every eight to twelve months. First, I need to make sure the owner, the manager, and the staff have everything they need to sell our product and services. That includes their logins and support numbers for their point of sales system, activation system, bill payment system, warranty service system, and inventory system.
