I work every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9-5 and Saturday from 7:45-3:30. The book says that we perform our identity to an audience, and that audience is the small ITM department. We are located at the Sturtevant location upstairs, we usually do not have any interactions with anyone else besides we the agents there and our bosses. As much as i like to help people I cant simply just give you access to those funds. I can if I wanted to but if it came back returned I could get in trouble for that. So we try exampling this to the member and at times they are understanding while at times they can be very loud and negative. The agent might hang up the call and say wow Rafa I think I just went death from all of the yelling. Obviously the agent will never joke like that to the member but as far as back stage talk this might happened after the member leaves. I lastly would like to acknowledge, the last comment made by the book stating that the individual inevitably draws on knowledge that is shared in any community to which he or she belongs. This is is true in the sense that for the most part we do now act the way our identities want us to unless we know that the community around is okay with that and is open
