Personal Narrative: My Vote By Senator Hillary Clinton

The residency is a position that should be held by someone that has the sufficient professional background to support the position; therefore, Senator Hillary Clinton will have my Vote. It is evident that Senator Clinton has received a huge backlash from previous mistakes that she had made throughout her political career and personal life; nonetheless I feel that as people that is how we gain a better understanding and learn how to improve on different topics an grow. I feel that Senator Clinton supports topics I find are important to promote equality regarding issues women have fought for decades. Take marriage for example. No one should dictate who we choose to spend the rest of our lives with. With respect to the issue of abortion, women should have a choice in weather to bring a child and help prevent unwanted pregnancies into this world or not, something that has been fought for decades by women such a Margaret Sanger. Protecting a woman’s right is a topic of discussion that many women should take into consideration. As a mother, I feel that her background with early childhood programs, such as HIIPY (Home Instruction for parents of pre-school Youngsters), is vital to ensure our children have a solid education.
