Most of my development can be traced back to my Vietnamese Catholic youth group that I have been a part of for pretty much my entire life. Through weekly activities, helping with local events and organizations, hosting plays, and service for our church, I find myself to be much of an influential than a participant. Our time is spent interpreting pieces from the bible and how we can connect those pieces to our daily lives. Being part of this learning allowed me to improve my faith significantly. The community helped me become more than just typical generous person, someone who is willing of sacrifice his time for others, someone who worries for others when they are not feeling well, someone who desperately wants to make a positive impact.
