On 09-07-2106, I went to the Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 702 W. Brandon Boulevard and spoke with Jonathan WIlliamson, who is the branch manager. Williamson advised he does not show any contract, opened or closed, under the names of Jemaro Martin or Stephanie Ebanks. The coverage area shown includes Enterprise locations in Hernando, Pasco, Pinellas, Highlands, Polk and Hillsborough counties. The only location exempt from his information is the Enterprise location at Tampa International Airport.

I then went to Budget / Avis car rental at 686 Brandon Town Center Drive. I spoke with employee Kathryn Menzies who advised she is unable to search car rentals by name. Menzies said the corporate offices have the capabilities to do so. I later learned
