The first experience I felt was awesome was how well after I knew my buddies that were in my cabin. Even before going too this camp I knew my entire cabin pretty well, but within two to three hours of being there I had already learned so much more that I didn't know about them. Some of the different ways that I got to know these buddies of mine better was being able to go on hikes through the Sequoia National Forest. These hikes were awesome with everything from the beautiful scenery too just the conversations I got to have. This allowed for me to get over the fear my of heights which was great because this showed that I was willing to do something that I didn't want you to get to know my friends better. While we were at the jumping rock as they called it the most ironic thing happened and that was we were talking about one of our youth group leaders and out of the blue he appeared and we had a great conversation about what a great camp it was. The other thing that we did was found Rock slides. These Rock slides were super fun because they were already there naturally created by the Earth. While at these rock slides we would be able to talk about ever we wanted about, this was because our leader did not go with us and this got us in trouble for the second time for the same
