Personal Narrative: My Trip To Citgo Express Kreme

I visited Citgo Express Lube in Rocky Mount on 03/11/17 in the morning to get my 2002 Lexus ES300 inspected. This was my 4th coming to this establishment. I told the mechanic which I now realized he was the manager, I wanted an inspection. I went in the building and told the lady I am walking to Krispy Kreme. She asked me to put down my name, car make and model, and phone number just in case they had to contact me about my car. I got an call at 9:17 am. The mechanic William Miller said that one of my license plate lights were blown and need to be replace. I got both lights replaced at 6.99 each.Cashier Angela told me my car was ready. I pulled up to the inspection door and one of the mechanics came out I told him what happen. He got the manager,John, which was the one that took car when I got there earlier. I told him that the lights came immediately after I left the shop just now. He immediately got defensive. He said that there is nothing they can do. He said they just inspect the car and use the OBII machine when they put it on the machine. I told the manager that my lights were not on when I came there or ever been on. I told the manager I take care of car and have no need to lie. I travel so I have to have my car in good condition. He was very condescending because I repeated have that statement a couple of times. He would say that I said that already. It was like he was trying to get me more upset. I was upset at this point, however, I remained professional and was not making a scene. However,I was not leaving. He stated I can't talked to you because you are upset. He tried to make it seem like I was making a scene. I was not. I was actually still sitting my car. He knew I
