This experience has affected me in many positive ways. One major way it has made me manage my time better. I am very busy with my job, 16 units, an internship, and sitting on the committee for a non-profit; this project is highly inconvenient to my schedule. Due to this ,I have had to get shifts covered, skip classes, and reschedule meetings so that I could make it to the meetings. Thanks to time management skills i have been using I have been able to make time to finish/catch up on that work that I have had to miss.
Was this experience what I expected and how so?

The positives were that I was able to give back to the community; it is always nice to support an organization who's sole purpose is to help people. The drawbacks were that it was very inconvenient to my schedule, and that it caused me to divert time from other projects I could be working on.
What benefits did you gain?
Whenever you work in a group setting it always test your team work skills. This assignment has done just that, I naturally have a strong leadership attitude but I did not let myself try to be the team leader. I contributed as team member and did not try to have a leadership role at all. Our team functioned very effectively and we all worked as equals.
Do you feel you made a difference to: people, groups, or a problem?
Yes I do feel that I made difference. Many will see these brochures and it will educated them on the services offered by Break The Barriers. Hopefully this will help them gain more interest in their programs so they can help more people. They offer a wide range of services that help a wide spectrum of people; helping them helps others and that is why I feel we made a
