Your typical teenager would be out enjoying their summer break with their friends and family, however this wasn’t the case for me. I spent the majority of my break at Champ Camp, a camp designed to prepare athletes for their upcoming sport seasons. I decided to attend this camp to get stronger and better in order to end the losing streak I had in volleyball. I set a goal for myself to complete this camp to the best of my ability. It was absolute hell, every drill was exhausting, and the heat beaming down on me wasn’t making it any easier. I finally reached my breaking point.
