What style of leadership do you work best under? I work best under the transformational leadership, I need someone that inspires me and motivates me to be the best and push me toward new challenges. I like to know that someone else believes that I can do exceptional things. Just like in my current place of work, the clinical coordinator encourage me to learn more about critical care by courses and certifications, such as, trauma nursing core course.

2. What leadership style best describes your present or former managers? In the past I had a manager that used the authoritarian leadership style, but it did not work well; she was not interested on the staff as a person the only interest was about how many patients a nurse can take care. In
