I have always pushed myself to excel in both academics and extracurricular activities. My strong work ethic has not only driven my continued educational success in college, but it has allowed me an opportunity to be actively involved while attending the University of Tennessee - Knoxville. I utilize this success to apply for scholarships in an effort to be the primary person responsible for funding the majority of my college tuition. As I approach my second year at the University of Tennessee, I will be losing some one-time scholarships that I received out of high school that I need to replace. If I am fortunate enough to be awarded a scholarship from the Phi Mu Foundation, I will use it towards furthering my degree in Public Relations,
