Personal Narrative: My Start To Bubble

Decent Essays
The experiment for me was very entertaining and enjoyable. My favorite part about the experiment was when it started to bubble. It was like a volcano, it gushed out all of the foam and I was happy with my results. The most challenging part of the experiment by far was pouring in the baking soda and the laundry detergent. At one point I poured out baking soda instead of laundry detergent. Afterwards I just switched the tubes and continued Overall, nothing really went wrong and it was enjoyable. I would definitely suggest it to other 5th grade students.

I was being driven to church on Sundays and youth group on Wednesdays for the first decade and a half of my life but it was only a routine, nothing more. This routine has been instilled in me since I first saw the light of day seventeen years ago yet I’ve never left my metaphorical bubble. I had grown up protected and shielded from the outside world and both the horrors and wonders it holds. When I transitioned out of Mennonite middle school, I was thrown into the deep end at a school where I knew no one and I couldn’t rely on Bible class to support my values. In all honesty, I lost my way.…

Aim: The drinking candle science experiment is quite enthralling, as when performed, you'll observe a burning candle drinking up all the water kept beneath it due to the behaviour of the atmospheric pressure. The aim of this experiment is to investigate if unlike sized candles have the capability of drinking the same amount of water. Hypothesis: With all the information given on different websites addressing this experiment, it seems as if the size of the candle may not bring much of a difference to the atmospheric pressure to draw the fluid into the cup by suction.…

The real question we need to ask ourselves is, when was the last time you took the time to tell those you love the most how much they mean to you? Whether it is a simple text, phone call, or snapchat you need to put forth the effort to value your friendships. The worst that can happen is they don 't respond!…
