Finding time between classes was kind of hard, with basketball we had to make time because it was required. So that also helped me when I was on my own because I was just so used to having to do it. Having motivation was probably the hardest barrier for me. I wanted to work out and get fit, I just never wanted to actually go workout. My dad has a scale that shoes percentage of muscle and percentage of fat. My motivation was the scale! Every time I used it I was hoping to decrease fat and increase muscle. I also stay motivated because I would workout with my friends and I wanted to be able to lift as much as them.
In the process of changing my lifestyle, I believe I am in the maintenance stage. I have my action plan and know what I need to do I just have a hard time maintaining and keeping up with it. With post season starting I will have to maintain my workouts. I am more worried about maintaining it this summer. This summer I will be on my own, it will not be required for me to go workout. I will have to push myself to maintain what I have already
