My sophomore year of high school Kyla Brown moved from Willamina, Oregon to Kingman, Arizona, where I lived. We had mutual friends, but all we exchanged were glances and smiles in the hallway. Little did I know, she would become my best friend in just a few short months.
On July 21st, 2016, Kyla’s 17th birthday, we ended up going to Sakura for her birthday. When we got to talking we realized we had the same favorite favorite singer, Kane Brown. I happened to be going to his concert the next week, and I had an extra ticket. It was all history from there.
