I believe that a nurse educator contributes to the strengthening of the future nursing workforce by providing leadership, mentorship, and implement evidence-based practice. As a nurse educator, I will prepare a high-quality educational curriculum and experience, by integrating the theories learned in the classroom will be applied to practice, therefore, the students will be confident with their knowledge and skills and prepare them for the future of the health care.
