I grew up in the church and enlisted with the intent to spread the message of the gospel, but become lost in the ways of the world. This became a wake-up call and helped me regain my personal relationship with Jesus. I am forever grateful for my three sons and wonderful wife, but I believe I have finally regained a loving relationship with my heavenly father that will outlast anything on this earth. You see, not my military service or my personal relationship with Jesus, will fuel my success at Colorado Christian University, but the characteristics inherited by both will. Determination, loyalty, courage, honor, respect and love are just some of the traits that have been instilled in me by my experiences here on this earth and they have become a part of my teaching, parenting and learning. These characteristics are what make me a success at not only school, but in life. Pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership will not only help me become a better leader, but help me refine my skills for a career in missions. I look forward to the day when I can proudly say I am a CCU
