My Ready For 2017 Breakthrough
& Ready to Sparkle Day

My husband is like a rock, steadfast and strong, he is a wonderful hard worker, and he actually loves working for a solid company and being a team player, and being an encourager to those around him at work.

He is awesome!

Me, I want to see women just like you have the breakthrough you have been looking for in health, fitness, spiritually and business.

I am a total entrepreneur, I love personal development, I love learning and I love hanging out with positive people, and I LOVE JESUS.

In 2016 I realized I was a workaholic and I was so stressed out - mostly trying to meet the demands I had put on myself.

In late October, I had a breakthrough, one of many I have had during my educational

I ate two Thanksgiving dinners, and believe me it was STRESSFUL, probably one the most stressful Thanksgivings EVER, but I did not over eat, I did not need to I had found FREEDOM FROM FOOD!

I did not emotional eat!

I did not have to unbuckle my pants.

OR

I did not feel sick because I ate too much!

Sometimes Miracles Happen In the Midst of Tears

I had a miracle breakthrough even in the stressful family situation I was facing, even as I wanted to break down and cry, I did not turn to food for comfort, and that was a miracle break through for me.

And as a side note: Thanksgiving is always difficult because I lost my dad to cancer on Thanksgiving.

My Thanksgiving Strategy

Letting go of all the stress … that I no longer need in my life.
Choosing only the food that I wanted, taking small portions and enjoying each bite.
I did not even finish my plate, which I felt a little weird about, but I took it to the sink and composted the waste.
Knowing that I am worth more than the food that is on my plate.
And today, the day after Thanksgiving, I am choosing to Sparkle because I WAS Created for something

I suffered through a period which left me lacking motivation and purpose in life. Friends and family told me a great deal of things I should do, but none of it appealed to me. Though I want to help people, I didn’t want to be a doctor; though history appeals to me, I didn’t think I would enjoy history in academia. Following a great deal of reflection and deliberation, I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. Among the lessons learned during my enlistment were intricacies of the professional responsibilities of a basic “boots on the ground” infantryman, a team leader of three other Marines, and subsequently a squad leader of twelve Marines.…

It was a scorching summer afternoon around three o’ clock PM at J.D Redd Park. I was anxiously waiting in third base for the batter to approach the plate and smack the yarn covered ball just enough for me to make it to the home plate. As the sun hits my face I see the pitcher retract his right arm getting ready to throw it. As I see the ball leave the pitcher’s hand, I breathed in the humid air, making preparations to sprint as fast as I could and make it to the home plate. Before I could even gather my thoughts the ball departed from the pitcher’s hand and into the bat of one of the members of my team.…

Friday Mornings I rushed my full stomach to my room and I pulled out the bottom of my semi formal clothings and pants drawer. Being the control freak that I am, I also picked out my brother’s outfit. My mother was kind enough to let me select my own outfit to school as a second grader.
