I started with breakfast, I worked out a meal that would be healthy while filling me up. After deciding that pineapple and avocado toast would be my lunch for both days I decided I could make that on the fly. Lunches and dinners were much harder to get right. With the limited options I had to come up with a few different meals and plug them in to see if they would work. Once I found meals I was content with I prepped as much as I could to help me stay on track. I put my snacks into bags, made salads for lunch, and prepared everything I could for dinners.
