My personnel strengths during this clinical experience included my ability accept help when I feel like I am struggling. I am so grateful that we are learning to pitch and support each other. My biggest limitation for this clinical experience was that I am still struggling with time management and organization. This week I had 2 patients and I felt in control until something went wrong with my first patient and I had to spend more time in that patients room than I had planned. I had a hard getting back on track. Social factors that influenced my patients’ care today were when Debbie came to help me.
