My personal leadership philosophy is built on enhancing and growing others, and continuing the process of self-examination and self-improvement. Without a doubt, titles and positions increase the level of influence, but leadership is not necessarily about title or position. Discovering the potentials of others to collaborate and produce the most optimal outcomes with joint efforts is what I consider a successful and effective leadership. Having the ability and opportunity to lead from behind allows a leader to build and maintain positive relationships for fostering a cooperative work environment.
