I eat healthy foods, I drink a lot of water, and I take supplements and vitamins. I must admit I am impatient because the size I would like to be does not happen overnight. I have become interested in mass building anabolic steroids and other hormones because I will get to where I want to be. I have done my research and have educated myself it this area. Unfortunately, there are some people who frown upon the usage of some the methods I use to enhance my size, but what they are not aware of is the benefit they can have on a competitive level. I know that what I am doing may have negative affects, but so does chocolate and people still eat it. I believe that if I I do what I need to in moderation I can compete and be good at it. I have had a lot of set-backs but I will persevere. One of the main things I must remember is what I put into my body, especially alcohol. I am not supposed to drink alcohol if I want to be a bodybuilder due to the negative affects it has on the body. As I continue to make progress in the gym, I still continue to maintain a good self-image and take care of myself. I will not be like most people and forget to take care of myself. Some people eat processed foods and do performance decreasing drugs like cocaine or smoking. I believe I have a good head on my shoulders and my ambitions.
