Decent Essays
A challenge or obstacle I have overcome that impacted my life educational would be my parents divorce. I love both my parents with all of my heart, and when they got divorced everything changed. In the beginning my mom would get us up at five am to get us to school on time. Living an hour away from school wasn’t my ideal living situation. While my mom lived in Randall, my dad resided in St.Cloud. Splitting the week with my dad, and going back and forth, school became more difficult. Soon enough my mom decided that attending Pillager would be the best for my brother and I. Although it was a struggle at first, it soon became an effortless, daily schedule. As high school came rolling around it was a whole new world. Everything came more and more

To begin with, my early childhood threw me for a loop with one word—divorce. My parents decided to call it quits, which left me and my brothers with our father and his girlfriend. Unfortunately, this has likely been the worst decision ever made because neither of them had any want or experience on taking care of three kids.
