Personal Narrative: My Moving

Improved Essays
Have you ever moved? If so how many times? One thing about moving is that there is always a very good side and a bad side, but alway remember the good in moving. My truth is about me moving. I have moved three times. I moved to Chenoa ,I wasn’t even three months old. I moved to Chenoa so me and my family could have a bigger living space. Before I moved to chenoa I live in princeton. In princeton I lived in apartment which only had two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a small living room. It was pretty small and that’s why I moved. I don’t really remember moving all the stuff I talked about is all the stuff my mom told me,but I do remember living in Chenoa and what it looked like moving for the final day I lived there I lived in Chenoa for about eight years so I was eight when I moved to laMoille, but I’m going to talk about LaMoille in the Second paragraph. I went to the-school-I've-went-to-for-most-of-my-life elementary School. I lived out in the country with my mom, my dad and my sister Katie. …show more content…
My family moved here because it’s closer to my dad’s work when I lived in LaMoille his drive to work was almost a hour and a half away. I have only lived here for a year and a half. I really like this school it’s like a home to me. I like congerville because it’s quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. When I walk out the door the trees whispering As the wind blew through the leaves, the birds singing to me is as relaxing as the waves at a beach, and the sunrise shining from the trees are just, just I can’t even explain it. Ok so when I moved it was tough for me and I’m sure it’s tough for you too but just always remember the good in it this of how many new friends you’ll have when you moving, remember the good in have a change in you life just don’t forget that that is what you should remember about

The move was a bum for me because moving cities meant making new friends and that was something I definitely wasn't okay with. People would say,"You're going to get killed in Salinas" and for a moment I fell for it, so of course freaking out was my first instinct. Now that I've been in Salinas for three years going to four I'm getting used to living here. This community motivates me so much, more motivation than the one given in San Jose. While we lived in San Jose my brother and I had no idea of where we wanted to go to college or if we even wanted to go to college.…

Moving is never a easy experience especially if it’s in between your freshman and sophomore year. Leaving the place where I first learned how to speak English and play basketball was very scary and hard. To make matters worse I tend to act really silly and ridiculous when I’m sad or angry so nobody really thought that I wasn’t really looking forward to a whole new life in a completely different place; however, I knew that the place where we were living was not doing any good for my mom and my dad’s job was stressful to the point where it was causing him to have really high uncontrollable blood pressure and sugar. That’s why I just sucked it up and didn’t really tell anyone that I really was not looking forward to moving to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. After school ended in June we packed our bags and flew to the new town…
