I was able to get a little improvement on my mile time 15:42 to 15:35.I am also going to see if I can make my lap time 58 seconds to accomplish this instead of biking I am going to run to school. It is important to set goals to keep track of your progres. My goals where just right.
PUSH-UPS I am still scandalous at push ups actually i'm even working at push ups actually i'm worse than before. I ame to improve during the winter holidays to do that I am going to do 20 push ups a day. This is a hard goal to complete but it will be a quick way to improve. I am ill-tempered for not having reached my goel.
