During my ninth and tenth grade years I homeschooled and worked a full time job, maintaining a 4.5 GPA and being active within a homeschool group. I would have loved to continued homeschool throughout high school but when my Mother and I moved from the coast back home to Asheboro to be with family, my Mom had to go back to working full time. So off to high school I went, well it turns out real high school is not like the musical that I somewhat expected. Joining as a sophomore it was difficult fitting in at times. Everyone had their group of friends and they were not looking for new ones! I still do not have a large group of friends, but the friends that I do surround myself with are great!
